Loyalty card & points
As a Blue Lagoon customer, you get a loyalty card, which must be activated at the salon. Product purchases and services accumulate your loyalty points. One euro (1 €) equals 1 point. You can easily check the number of loyalty points by logging into your customer account through our application (Blue Lagoon FI) . Our loyalty system also enables the accumulation of double and additional points.
As our loyal customer, you also have the opportunity to take advantage of our changing loyalty benefits, which we only send information about by e-mail. So please check in the salon that your information contains email marketing permission. After activating the loyalty card, loyalty points are automatically accumulated in your account, and you do not need to show your loyalty card to accumulate points. Please note that in order to claim the loyalty benefit, you must still present your loyalty card. A lost loyalty card can be replaced by a new card for a fee of two euros.
BL Hair services also accumulate your loyalty points and, for example, after reaching 2000 points, you are entitled to a significant 25 % discount on the service you choose. Focusing on BL beauty services pays off! 🤍
Terms
Loyalty points are not accumulated for campaign offers, microblading and pigmentation services, Dermapen microneedling, training treatments and gift card purchases. The discount cannot be used for gift card purchases, microblading, Dermapen microneedling, HydraFacial treatments, new eyelash extensions or new structural nails. The discount cannot be used for already discounted products and services, such as campaigns, training services or the daytime Brazilian sugaring service. Points from gift card purchases are always accrued to the recipient of the gift card. So you can use our loyalty card (if you don’t have one yet) and accumulate loyalty points as usual when using the gift card.

When you reach 500 points, you are entitled to a product prize worth 10 € or a product benefit for the product of your choice.
2. LEVEL
When you reach 1000 points, you are entitled to a -10 % benefit on the service or product you choose.
3. LEVEL
When you reach 2000 points, you are entitled to a – 25 % discount on the service or product you choose.
Earn double and extra points!
You get double points when you make a new appointment within 24 hours of your previous treatment
By booking a new appointment within 24 hours of your previous visit, you will earn double points for your new appointment. You can make an appointment with the app, through our website, directly in the salon or by calling. If you book your next appointment within 24 hours for, for example, a 50 € service, you will earn double points for your new booking (100 points in total). Note! Double points for a new appointment will only accrue to your account when that treatment is paid for. If you have to postpone or cancel your appointment, no additional points will be accumulated.
50 extra points when you recommend Blue Lagoon to a new customer
If you recommend Blue Lagoon Beauty’s services to a new customer and they come for treatment for the first time based on your recommendation, you will receive 50 euros worth of points (=50 points). When a customer comes to our salon for the first time, one must tell the referrer’s name so that we can record loyalty points to the referrer’s account. We send you a message that 50 points have been accumulated on your loyalty card. The recommendation is worth it!
50 extra points when you leave your Feedback in the customer system and share it with Google
You’ll get 50 extra points when you leave us a review in your email for an upcoming Phorest review request and share your review with Google at the same time. Additional points are automatically accumulated on your loyalty card.
Easily collect additional points and centralize your beauty services
Example: You spend 100 € on the service, leave a review in our email, which you share with Google and recommend us to a new customer, and you get 200 points directly! If you book your next appointment with the treatment payment, for example 50 € service, you will collect double points (100 points in total) from your new booking, which will be added to your account when you pay for the new appointment. In order to efficiently accumulate double points, we recommend making a new appointment immediately after paying for the treatment. When you focus your beauty and hair services on us, you will efficiently accumulate your loyalty points and get to take advantage of the benefits.
