We serve you in several beauty salons in Helsinki, Espoo, Turku and Tampere. Book your appointment in the best location for you. The easiest way to book an appointment is to book online or call our customer service. We apologize, but for now our booking app (Blue Lagoon FI) and our online booking is still in Finnish.

The phone number of our customer service is +358 10 5826 270. Our customer service can get really busy at times, so we recommend primarily to prefer our online booking, and to familiarize yourself with our services on our website. You can also easily change and cancel treatment appointments 24 hours before the start of the appointment using the Blue Lagoon FI application.

Information about our booking policy

Booking terms

Please note that all possible changes on treatment times/cancellations must be done at the latest 24h before the start of the reserved appointment. Otherwise we charge a billing of the treatment, which is 75% of the service price. Please note that bookings within 24 hours are binding.

Please understand that if you miss your scheduled time or come late, you will need to pay the full price for the booked appointment.

As you register to our booking-system, you give permission to send service messages. You shall also receive a booking confirmation via email. If you happen to forget your password, please do not make a new user name. Order a new password which you may only get from the paragraph ”password lost”.

If you book an appointment time for 7:30, you can use the customer elevators that come to our floor, from E-level and 1st floor only. It is better that you do not come too early because we open the doors and phone service to customers approximately 7:30.

Changing & canceling a treatment appointment

The easiest way is to change or cancel your treatment appointment directly through the Blue Lagoon FI application or from the link in the booking confirmation email, if there is at least 24 hours before the appointment starts. If there is less than 24 hours before the start of the appointment, the appointment must be canceled by emailing: info@bluelagoon.fi or by calling our customer service.

We have created unique quality standards to all our services, and we give to all our services the BL quality guarantee. More information about our guarantee conditions can be found here (in Finnish).

Please note that LAB training treatments are not covered by the guarantee.
