Information about our booking policy

PLEASE NOTICE, that all possible changes on treatment times/cancellations must be done at the latest 24h before the start of the reserved appointment. Otherwise we charge a billing of the treatment, which is 75% of the service price. Please note that bookings within 24 hours are binding.
Please understand that if you miss your scheduled time or come late, you will need to pay the full price for the booked appointment.
As you register to our booking-system, you give permission to send service messages. You shall also receive a booking confirmation via email. If you happen to forget your password, please do not make a new user name. Order a new password which you may only get from the paragraph ”password lost”.
If you book an appointment time for 7:30, you can use the customer elevators that come to our floor, from E-level and 1st floor only. It is better that you do not come too early because we open the doors and phone service to customers approximately 7:30.
