Booking inquiries

The easiest way to find free appointments is through our online booking. We will inform you about possible available appointments / cancellations in the Blue Lagoon Peruutuslista group on Facebook.

Do you want a big group booking for more than five people or a corporate event, or do you want to inquire about our shop for your event – for example, a wedding day or bachelorette party? Contact our customer service for more information.

Quality control & treatment guarantees

Please send any care complaints, messages related to quality or guarantee only to laadunvalvonta@bluelagoon.fi. Our service managers who specialize in certain services will respond to your email. Always include a brief explanation of the situation and, if possible, a picture or several pictures. With the help of pictures, we can evaluate your situation the fastest and best.

Purchase & return of products

There is no right of exchange or return for products purchased at our salons.
